I've had a lot of fun on my scooter and it ridden it quite a few times and thoroughly enjoy it
Not off to a good start. Took it out of the box and charged the battery for 3 hours. Put the battery in and scooter wouldn't start. Charged it for another 3 hours and the charging light turned green. Still won't turn on. Will be reaching out to customer service.
scooter is nicely made with high gradeable material. unfortunately it stop working after two days
I bought 2 scooters for my kids for Christmas. We changed the 2 scooters for a complete 24 hours. Neither one of the scooters would power on. I emaild the manufacturer and there response was to simply return both the scooters which I did. DO NOT BUY!!!!
I ordered the scooter. It came in. It looked used and did not work. I packed it up shipped it back and ordered another one. This one looked brand new charged everything up and it did not work. Could not get customer support so I returned it to Walmart.
doa shipping was 5 days late. no communications from the company, waiting on an answer if they will send a warranty battery. right now just shows green light as the battery should be full... but the scooter won't turn on. i read the positive reviews and went back thru them... wonder if they are real or just paid reviewers. i reached out 2twice about shipping updates even called walmart and nothing just shipped it way too late to make the delivery date for my sons 10th birthday, and now it won't even work? sure it looks great for an overpriced kick scooter. should have known the hover boards we got last christmas for the kids were junk out of the box and this would have been too. if they can resolve this issue with minimum effort on my part i may change this review. however, I'd stay away from this company
The worst one I ever bought. I don't suggest to anyone.
- Max distance 10 miles on full battery. - Speed up to 18 mph for the first 5 miles than reduces to up to 11-14 miles. - Battery takes 6 hrs to fully charge - safety concerns. speed throttle get stuck down - headlights are not bright enough.
less than 2 months and it broke and my kiddo is devastated
