Hover-1 Helix Hoverboard for Teens,160 lbs Max Weight, Purple Galaxy

I bought this hoover board for my son n I just opened it n charged it as soon as I plugged it in the charger automatically turns green so i unplugged it n tried to turn the hoover board on n it wont come on

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Just recently opened because weather has gotten nice and she's been wanting to use it. Charged overnight and it would not turn on. My husband contacted the company and they did send a new battery only it was a lemon as well and after charging it it would not turn on either. He contacted the company again only to be told we were out of the warranty window. Lesson learned….try to see if product works as soon as possible. Obviously the product is not made well and it sucks we are now stuck with a brand new one straight out of the box that does not work.

I bought this hoverboard as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. I let it charge for the recommended time and it would absolutely not turn on. In just hours all of my grandkids were to arrive to celebrate Christmas with me, so I ended up having to run to Walmart to grab a complete different one. It cost double what I paid for this one but totally worth it because it worked perfectly and she loved it. I would never recommend this product. Such a disappointment!

My 7 year old bought this with his birthday money. The first one arrived and wouldn't turn on or charge. We figured it was just a defective one so ordered a replacement. The replacement came and also will not turn on or charge. I tried all the trouble shooting I could find in the manual and online because I thought surely this is us not knowing what we're doing. Nothing worked. Both items were large paper weights. I messaged the company and the only resolution they gave was to return it so I'd imagine they know it's a problem when they don't even try to troubleshoot it. If you're buying as a gift, take it out of the box and make sure it works before the return window closes!

Horrible customer service through hover company. No tech support that you can speak with. And even all messages were auto reply. And did not help us resolve the issue. Everything we read online says it was a bad battery. A bad battery in a brand new product. Sad thing is this is the second one that we had the same exact issues with. I will never ever purchase nor recommend hover products again.

This is our 2nd Hoverboard -1 Helix. It never worked, never would even charge. The original one we bought did not work either, never charged. Very disappointing to buy this for a grandson for Christmas and have neither work. Imagine an 11 year old's disappointment TWICE!!

If i could rate this a zero I would! DO NOT PURCHASE!! Even with the protection plan you will lose money. The manufacturer is a joke, they have you “cut the wires” to send a replacement. When you send the video of it they say “it is not covered in our warranty now because the wires are cut.” Then you cannot even return it to the store. If you do end up buying, the protection plan states manufacturer covers the first year, that is a lie. They only cover 90 days. Save your sanity and invest in a better product!!

it did not work and i return it right after Christmas and never got a new one it has not even got back to Walmart its sitting somewhere not moving I have a child that really wanted his Christmas gift but cant get a new one because its not getting replace.

i bought 3 of these for christmas presents for my grandsons i also bought the hover cart attachment. All 3 would not work. Ruined their Christmas and now i have a cart none of them can use. Extremely disappointing. All 3 of them not even turning on without being on charger as soon as you unplugged them they would shut off.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this hoverboard for my granddaughter, and although it was fully charged, it does not work at all and will not turn on. It was advertised online as one of the best and safest options for children, which makes this experience especially frustrating. I expected much better quality and reliability.
