Has a funky smell, might be the tires. This is probably the best gift I got for my daughter because she's been wanting a hover board for some time now !! This thing is fast and it's cute but it's small enough for a small child. The weight limit is 80 pounds so just keep that in mind.

My granddaughter loves her new hover board. She loves the color because it's pink and it's just her size. It's easy for her to maneuver while she's going back-and-forth and turning around I thank God that I bought it for her. This was a good investment.

If it stops working recalibrate it!! Worked like a charm! no issues otherwise, great starter hoverboard for smaller children To recalibrate a hoverboard, first ensure it's on a flat, level surface with the power off. Then, locate and press the power button, holding it down for a specified time (often 10 seconds or until you hear a beep). The hoverboard will indicate it's calibrating, usually with flashing lights or beeping. Once complete, turn the hoverboard off and back on.

It was a birthday gift for my 5 year old great grandson and he loves it. He is able to use it by himself and can easily turn it off and on. He is able to ride it safely and it rides smoothly over the drive way and road when going to the bus stop. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a beginner hover board.

This was a Christmas gift for our granddaughter. She opened it up but was unable to use it that day due to ice on the pavement. When trying to use it it was dead and needed to be charged, my SIL looked in the box for the charger and there was a space for it but no charger. Returned for a refund.

Had to return this item twice The first time had it for three weeks and the sensor started making the hover board go by itself at the highest speed. Got Walmart to send a replacement and had it for one day and it's doing the same thing so now I have to return it a second time don't buy this product.

Tried to recalibrate it multiple times, only lasted 50 hours total before being un usable. My child is stillsad about it not working annd the manufacture denied help since it broke 2 days after the 90 day maunfacture warranty. Allstate plan also tried to send me to the manufacture again to get it fixed so i dont understand why i got the insurance plan. DONOT get this is the second one i have had problems with same brand.

Bought this for my 7 year old grandson and it will not charge. Have to return and going to customer service in Elkin is terrible! They are rude and hateful staff. I'm not going to but for Elkin Walmart anymore Elkin Walmart customer service needs to be improved people!!

I am so disappointed in this product, and the customer service for it. I will NEVER buy another Hover-1 again. I bought this for my daughter in May for her birthday in June. She opened it in the middle of June, and it worked fine. Share rarely rides it, but just recently took a liking to it again. I ensured it was fully charged, but it no longer sensed her on it. It lights up blue but will not go. I contacted customer service, who told me that it's not their problem and their warranty is 90 days. It's sad that a company can be okay with selling expensive toys that don't last. I have one very upset daughter right before Christmas, because the number one thing she asked for from Santa is a hoverboard attachment (gocart), and now her hoverboard doesn't work.

Don't ever buy from this company they are a thief. I have a return item and she has the item because she delays delays delays in arrive later and then I return the item and she will not give me a refund or the items back so don't have a waste your time with this company. The Walmart customers would not do anything for you either so don't waste your time to buy this item or this company. I do not recommend it all. It should not be a business.
