My granddaughter LOVES this hoverboard and she can really zip around on it. She actually helps her mom vacuum the wood floors and would do it ALL day if she could. Although the box says product is good fro ages 5 , I wouldn't let my 6 grand daughter ride on one. The 10 year old is extremely coordinated and can handle it well, and she can only use it indoors as she is unwilling to wear a helmet. I SO appreciated the first page of the manual that discusses caution with this product, and has built in so many safeguards, because safety is definitely an issue. But what a great way to get around!

When we received item and opened …we noticed that it had some white residue on it. It looked like paint…not sure what it was…we cleaned it off…underneath the hoverboard, it had scratches that had been painted over. I reread the description and no where did it say it was a refurbished hoverboard. Not sure what happened to them. Time will tell if they last.

the two boards that i ordered were christmas gifts. i wrapped them, but they didn't receive them until Easter because the kids are from out of town. When they opened them, both were used and one was broken. I went to return them and Walmart didn't accept them or give me a refund because of the time that passed. If you order anything online, open the package to check the item(s).

Attempted to contact the seller to get a refund, however, I am still waiting and have not received a refund. I had the hover board to take back to the store or to mail off and I have heard nothing I purchased it and my grandson is too small for the hover board.

It tilts downwards. My kid can not ride it without it scraping the ground in the front. I think it may be a malfunctioned hoverboard. He is 63 pounds by the way not very heavy.

I ordered the product on December 4, 2025, it said it would be delivered December 22, 2025, it is February 2nd 2026 I have not yet received the Hoover board yet!!

Hoverboard was sent without a charger. Contact Hover1 customer service, since that is what the instructions in the box tell you to do, they informed they couldn't mail me a charger and to return my hoverboard to Walmart. Walmart informed they could not send me a charger and my only option was to mail it back and have a new one sent out once the old one was received. Instead of sending a new one they cancelled my hoverboard replacement without issuing a refund. After 8 hours over 3 days on the phone with Walmart customer service I was finally issued a refund. Total mess when they could have just sent me a charger for a perfectly good hoverboard. Never again will I order a Hover1 product.

Quit working within an hour, manual said the light blinking that was happening meant a sensor needed to be replaced. Resetting/calibrating did not help. Was my son's birthday, not going to go thru warranty and make him wait for his present. Just returned it and bought a slightly more expensive Hover1 model that has been working great for over a month.

After multiple delays, my son's Christmas presents finally arrived on Jan 2nd. I was so excited because he did know he was getting it. When he opened the box and took out the board I was SO ANGRY! The board looked like someone took it out the trash and shipped it to us!!!! Unacceptable! So for us to have to wait THIS long! Now I have to send this back cause there is NO WAY , I'm spending my money to revive a damaged item!

I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my 8 yr old grandson in September. Of course I didn't open it and Christmas Day he was so excited we charged it all day and nothing then disappointed and heart broken they took it home to charge it more but nothing. So I ordered a replacement same one. (I thought one bad apple) With the same results I had them return it immediately but my receipt for the first had expired so I lost the whole 1st purchase. So disappointed and upset for my Grandson!
