purchased two bikes for my daughters (ages 5 %267) I didn't feel confident after reading reviews and noticing the no- return policy, but my husband can fix anything so I took a chance. They're basically a dirty bike with a weed eater motor, but my girls love them! I recommend buying the helmet and gloves at the same time. I had their helmets, but not the gloves and the vibration hurts their hands. All in all, very good bike for the price and HOURS of fun for my little country girls on the farm!

Had gas in it wasnt advertised as used this disturbed me!!! was handled roughly by delivery people. But it got grandson off ipad!!! For this im greatful.

Great bike! Kids have had for almost a year and the clutch broke and getting the replacement part from this company is very frustrating basically emailed everyday and it was a different person asking the same questions and information over and over took two weeks of that!

Overall, we're satisfied with the HOVERHEART Mini Kid Dirt Bike. It's a fun, solid little bike and does what it's intended to do—our kid really enjoys riding it. The build feels sturdy and it's a great size for younger riders. That said, it does require some adjustments out of the box to get everything dialed in properly. Nothing major, but be prepared to spend a little time fine-tuning it. Unfortunately, the instruction manual wasn't very helpful, which made the setup process more difficult than it needed to be. Clearer instructions or better diagrams would go a long way. Once set up correctly, the bike performs well and has been a good purchase overall. Just know that a bit of patience and mechanical know-how will make the experience much smoother.

A part of the accelerator is plastic. After minimal use (bought in Feb and broken by May) it has broken. And we are having a heck of a time finding a replacement. While it worked, it rode nicely and my son enjoyed it.

This one came with a broken kill switch no big deal except the shipper is not a good shipper they took weeks to reach back out and they still have yet to send me a replacement part so i bought my own and fixed myself which was simple and quick easy to fix.

Still waiting on parts kill switch was broken and can't seem to get any help replacing as it's a kill switch I'm not gunna try to start to beings I can't shut lt I'm not gunna try and that's if it even would allow me to if there is a safety in place.

Stay away from this seller and this product. I should have listened to some of the other reviews. Received the bike and found the clutch was not engaging at all. The back tire would spin when throttled but as soon as any weight was on the bike (child rider) the bike would not move. Repeatedly emailed the seller with the email provided on the bike. Took several emails and days for a response. They wanted to send me a new clutch. I am not a mechanic and did not sign up to do mechanic work on a NEW bike that cost less than $300. Send me a new, working bike, and I will return the old one to you. No responses since my reply. What a waste.

ordered this item and never even recieved it tried to get a refund in which Wal-Mart and the merchant both denied. do not purchase this item. its a scam in my eyes at this point.

The dirtbike is smoking like crazy it goes and it stops. It won't stay on for long and nobody has called me or reached back out ever since I bought it and it's a Christmas present for my four year old.
