Can't say that about a lot of toys but this one really holds his eye for a while. We've had some similar toys in the past but this one works better than all Of em.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tricky at first, make sure you read the directions. Once we got it down, my whole family had a blast playing with the Hover Star - especially my teenager sons. The more you play with it, the better you get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this toy. Its is so easy for him to use since he hasnt been able to master a real drone remote control. He loves to chase it around but also gets a kick put of the whole take off process. Its small but ID actually pretty durable so far. The charge time versus battery life is pretty decent for the size of the toy. Its easy to hook up and charge and then away it goes again. Its a great idea for smaller kids and makes them feel like they can do magic. Great toy and I have a very happy kid.

It sadly stopped working after a few weeks of use. I would love to get another one sometime as it was a huge hit. I'm thinking maybe the kids were just too rough with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this about a month ago and my son has absolutely loved it ever since! He loves that his hands are the control for it, and the rechargeable feature. It can have sensor issues when hovering over asphalt and lose direction as it may be reflective and not sense color variations to create depth. After learning this it was a blast over cement and natural ground coverings because you controlled the direction and height and everything in between! It has a thin lightweight protective barrier to create a bounce like landing while preventing damage to the key components of the hover toy. It has lasted through some real falls great. This actually keeps a good few hours of charge after charging to full battery too. As a parent I love the combination of technology and hands on active interactive activity. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for something to get the kids on their feet and still have fun without even thinking about the exercise they're getting. We've even enjoyed playing with them as it is pretty neat technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I found this to be a very fun toy right out of the package. It flew in the house and outside just as advertised. Sadly after 3-4 charges we found it did not take off as well as it should (you are supposed to drop it straight down and it will pick up and fly) and it also did not last anywhere near as long before the battery needed charged again. Overall it is still a lot of fun to play with, we even got good at passing it back and forth from several feet apart.

Very disappointed because I've bought the hover star 2.0 before and it was an excellent product and I've bought cheap versions of it and they can't compare. I bought this for a birthday party so it was very disappointed. I received a cheap knock off version of it and ended up having to return it
