My scooter stopped running after a few months. I sent an email to the technical service. Technician sent me parts for replacement, battery and controller. It wasn't much work to change the parts because all it took was a screwdriver. Also technician sent me throttle paddle . Once I replaced the parts my scooter started running again. I must say that Technical Service is extraordinary. They helped me very well by sending a video on how to fix the problem. Good job!
Scooter is very nice , love the style , customer service is prompt When emailed with questions or concerns , and communication is great . Very pleasant and ready to share all information necessary to properly represent the products reputation.
I bought this electric scooter for my son and loved it ride very good will definitely purchase again from evercross
This was my first purchase from Evercross, but I am glad I took a chance on them. My son bought an electric scooter over a year ago and it recently broke as he was screwing around with it. Their is outside of the warranty period but the team has been very responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem and helping me get replacement parts. They have been very courteous and helpful.
Scooter is pretty nice👍 The only con is the placement of the scooter was a bit misplaced other than that Great for college. Max speed 15.6, Great battery life.
The accelerator and braking are also a bit sudden, but it's nowhere near enough jerk to throw you off or anything. It's a little tough to fold, especially the button for the vertical post, but it feels pretty solid and works as advertised. ...for a few quick rides. After riding mine just 10 km in total, the battery lost most of its ability to hold a charge and the screen became nearly unreadable. Now it reads 24.6 volts after a full charge; the battery meter is flashing red, and the screen is only readable from an odd angle (it was fine before). Given the other reviews, mine is probably a pretty rare case of a defective one...
This company sent me a scooter that a) didn't unfold b) didn't have break lights and c) just quit one day while I was riding it. I had no brakes. I was in downtown LA traffic. It could have killed me. When I've asked for a return, they ignored/deflected me for over a month until it was too late for Walmart to step in. This company should be removed from the Walmart store in my opinion.
The piece that get the pole to go up or down and stocks it at the lenght you want broke in les than a week. Customer service has been taking forever to give a solution, they just try to make me fix it by myself while this is not suppose to happen in a week of use if the engine was functioning correctly. Terrible product and terrible support I have to go to work everyday and they sent me 1 message eveyday at 5 am. And they did not respond until the next morning. Thats is why I stopped buying from Walmart
Just a few months of use and it completely fell apart. Two screws jiggled loose while riding. Couldn't find them and the company won't help, isn't honoring the manufacturers warranty, and no local shops can help. Terrible customer service, terrible workmanship. Don't waste your money.
I bought it for work and I'm not satisfied from beginning with its performance, that's my total regret. First, its speed never exceeds 15 mph. It never goes up to 19 mph . And besides that this scooter has extreme noise and vibration, I can't focus on driving because of the noise and my ankles are started to hurt because of the extreme vibration. the folding pedal is very weak and I can't fold it anymore for fear of breaking it because it seems like it will break at any moment. Frankly, I want to return it.
