We got one last year, the kids I absolutely love it. So when I see him go on sale, I bought a second one for our grandson. very well built, easy to use, no batteries needed.

Paint finish great. Product functions as described. Several bends on the handles cause hole alignment issues while assembling. The bends were not 90 degrees as needed for alignment. This was an easy fix just applied pressure to slightly bend the end to assemble. Daughter loves the addition to her hoverboard.

I just put this together not terribly hard but the directions have letters for bolts and not numbers. When you get the bolts case it's all numbered. That's my first complaint. Second the directions where not clear and the picture had other pieces attached before they where supposed to be which leads to confusion. Thirdly some of the bolts where too short had to bend the metal to get them to fit. Lastly I purchased the one with a flag no instructions on where the flag gets attached to the unit and no hole for it.

The instructions were not very good. The instructions show it already partially put together. We had to put together more than what was shown. It does not show how to attach the flag. Parts were missing and we had extra pieces.

We bought 2 of these, and while putting it together, a couple of the nuts won't tighten because the bolts are damaged. Husband has to re- tap them. The parts are labeled with numbers, but the directions are labeled with letters, so it's a matching game by what looks similar. Disappointed that assembly was very difficult.

Only received front wheel and a few parts. Hoping another box is still coming but did not have this in time for Christmas

Should have in the description that the item is suitable for preschool age child due to the seat is very small. I already had a hoverboard accessory and this seat is only half the size. Big disappointment and have been unable to return due to Walmart told me it wouldn't let me return it thru them even though the item description clearly states returnable to the store and unable to find anywhere how to initiate an online return nor how to contact the seller. I just wasted money purchasing 3 of these. Do not recommend

I purchased three of these hoverboard attachments for my grandchildren who are only 7 yrs old and the seats are way too small so I guess these are intended for toddlers/preschool age children . I attempted to return them to Walmart and even though the description says it's returnable to Walmart, Walmart said it doesn't let them return them and I would have to arrange a pickup thru online and there is no option to select for return and no option to contact the seller. Also there is only a 30 day return window unlike Walmart's 90 day return policy and the return window passed due to took too long trying to figure out how to return or contact the seller for help. Very disappointed
