HOVERMAX Kids Electric Scooter - Ages 6-12, 10mph, 9.3mi Range w/ 7-Color Lights & 7" Tires

MY KID ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS SCOOTER. IT HAS GREAT BATTERY LIFE, AND IT IS FAST ENOUGH TO SATISFY HIS "NEED FOR DOES," BUT NOT TOO FAST THAT IT IS DANGEROUS. HE ALSO LOVES THE LIGHTING EFFECTS UNDERNEATH THE BOTTOM. IT WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE, AND THE ASSEMBLY ONLY TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES. AFTER CHARGING, MY SON WAS RIDING IT WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

I got this on sale for Christmas for my 7 year old. He wanted a go-kart, but this caught my eye. The LED lights on the bottom are such a fun feature. One feature did catch me off guard, it's a kick to start... which means you ride it like a regular scooter to get it going, then the motor kicks in and you can hit the speed button. (I just assumed it was a regular push and go and didn't read product info at first.) It is still a great product and my son enjoys it. He rides it everyday, as much as he can. He can't wait until time goes back in March, so he can ride it later.

I bought it in December for Christmas and now that they don't work it's not the battery I don't know what happened it just start working and I'mma say my $100 down the drain it was less than that but it was so close to it so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone to buy

Overall, this is a good product. My 9 year old boy received it for Christmas. He has enjoyed it, but it doesn't go quite as fast as he'd like. My 6 year old daughter loves it and the speed is just right for her. The battery takes several hours to charge and seems to last about 30 minutes. Assembly was easy and the kids were up and riding in little time.

Writing this because I did not receive the product I purchased being its stated to be a Hovermax Kids Electric Scooter for ages 6-12yo, Color of scooter:Pink. I did buy this through Walmart and seen I had a picture of the said item at my front door. I got home and seen I had the package at my front door, opened the box to a completely different item. What I received is a Evercross Scooter for ages 16 and Color of the scooter: Black. Not being the item I ordered I've been trying to come in contact with Walmart and the company I had made this purchase from and I'm not getting any response for a replacement for my correct item. This was a special gift that was supposed to be from Santa for my disabled 8yo daughter as she wanted one. Now I have this. Very upset that I purchased something and received something completely different from what I purchased. Never had an issue with purchases online until now.

My son loved this scooter, but unfortunately it stopped working after about two months of normal use. It began showing an E7 error and wouldn't power the motor. I contacted the manufacturer, as my Allstate plan required since it was still under warranty. After a lot of back‑and‑forth and long delays, they finally sent a replacement motor wheel and controller. My dad installed the parts using the instructions they provided, but afterward the scooter wouldn't power on at all. Since then, the manufacturer has stopped responding. There's no phone number, no website, and no U.S. support—everything is only through email. I didn't realize this was a company based overseas when I bought it, and I would have chosen a different scooter if I had known how difficult the warranty process would be. My son really enjoyed it while it worked, but the lack of reliable support has been very disappointing.

Pretty disappointed with the scooter I got it for my son as a Christmas gift and I'm very disappointed with it , the scooter with a full charged battery lasted less then 20 minutes not the 9.3 mile range it claims it does. And that was going at the slowest speed. Would like a refund

Both of the HoverMax Scooters that I bought only lasted two days. The scooters no longer charge and as of now one of the chargers no longer works. I feel like I got ripped off and now I have two kids who are sad that they're Christmas presents no longer work.

I bought this for my almost 7 year old daughter for a Santa gift for Christmas and she LOVED it! It worked perfectly for one day and never ran out of battery before she stopped riding for the day. We plugged it in to charge overnight and woke up yesterday to go ride again and it wouldn't turn on…..Nothing! I tried everything and there's no loose wires and she didn't have a wreck and break anything. It was great the day before. The green light was lit on the charging adapter, so I have no idea what happened. Needless to say, I had a little girl in tears. I sent an email to the manufacturer because there is no phone number. If I don't hear from them, I'm very glad I purchased the extra protection….Always get the extra extended warranty with electronics! It will save you! I'm going to see if the seller will respond, but they will likely say there's nothing they can do. Maybe we just got a dud??

Very dissatisfied with this product. Scooter started smoking after 2 months of use and stopped working. Seller never responded to emails even though it was still under warranty. Walmart was no help at all as they stated the window to return was closed. All the phone numbers they provided were no good Not recommended!
