So far so good with 2 new HP 12C Platinums
I've used HP RPN calculators since 1974 and have relied on them heavily. All experienced HP users know that the old machines lasted forever and the newer ones have had problems. I just bought 2 of the HP 12C Platinums because of the great price at Walmart with a 3 year warranty to give the calculators another chance. These 2 were made in the Phillippines as compared to my last HP 12C that was made in China. Both of them work great on Day 1 when I opened the boxes today. I'm hoping to have better luck with these 2.

Best hand held calculator made!
My husband used this same calculator in his CPA practice for many years before his death in 2005. Now I have been using it for the last 16 years and just last week I started having some trouble with it. In searching the internet I found the exact calculator at Walmarts! I was amazed that it was still being made so I bought it in a second. You'll never find a better one!

Great Product for Finance Pros.
This is a reliable calculator that’s especially useful in finance. I have used this tule of calculator for over 30 years. Recently I had to buy a new one. I shopped around and the deal I got through WalMart was very good.

Quality
I was looking up the best financial calculators and this one was at the top of the list. So many functions and uses for financial purposes. You can switch between RPN and algebraic which is cool.
