I always use HP genuine toner. It is reliable and works great. I've had several knock offs that ruined my printer. I also like buying from Walmart. Their shipping is like no other store. Very fast!!1

I went back-and-forth a few times in my mind whether to go OEM or something aftermarket I'm glad I decided to use the original HP product. The print quality is flawless, Cost per page is reasonable and the peace of mind that I am using something that was designed to be used with the printer I have is worth the little extra money that I paid.

HP is my favorite LaserJet printer company. I need a dependable, small laser printer for personal and occasional work use. Their small laser printer takes these cartridges and they are always easy to use and effective and last a long time I prefer the cost-effectiveness of a small Consumer size laser printer over ink jet because the overall cost is far cheaper because in Jet cartridges cost far more last a lot less time. The quality is not as good either the downside is I have to use black-and-white in order for it to be affordable, but that is 90% of what I do Also color Inc. is always outrageously expensive. The only bummer is HP cartridges are much more expensive than generics, which I found to be acceptable as long as they have a good reputation and they include the HP chip I'd recommend getting an HP cartridge until you can confirm if a generic work for you on my printer it does both just fine. Are used to fix HP printers years ago and they are very easy to fix and work on if you're Tech or handy they seem to last a long time as well. I wouldn't buy a brother or Canon ever again or Lex Mark because I find them hard to find parts for and not as reliable Just my two cents having 35 years in the computer industry. Have a great day!

I recently purchased this printer, but I was extremely disappointed with the specs. The printer it only prints black and white! I invested my money extremely wrong, so don't do what I did and READ all the specs.
