My old laptop needed a new battery, so I decided to get any grade. My decision was any excellent decision. Not only did I get an upgrade for the quality and value was amazing. Not to mention that I received it one day earlier than expected. The set up was so simple and easy, that I was able to get my work done before the deadline.

Great labtop, easy to set up and great to navigate from screens to other screens, also can enlarge print to see better. Easy to travel with, no bulky or heavy. Love it.

This is a nice little computer for the price. I was extremely pleased when I received it. Granted, it is not a huge 17-inch or anything like that but it is definitely a workable device. And the setup was really easy. Generally, I would pay to have it set up for me but this one was a breeze. And it did come with an entire year of Microsoft Office 365. Although it is in Windows S mode the Microsoft store offers many choices of apps.

Really a good laptop, I just needed a little more advanced one for my testing and school. I love the color of it also.

it didn't work for the intended purpose.

I wanted to return this laptop and upgrade to a faster one, but Walmart made this a nightmare for me. They sent me to a store where I have been refused and pointed at and accused for trying to return a different item than the one I bought. I called the 1-800 support and it turns out this item is sold through a third party and it can't be returned in the store, even though the email from Walmart stated so. The vendor keeps asking me details and dragging this return, I have to find the order number and serial number and wait for their merci if they accept it or not. This is NOT acceptable, I will never do business with Walmart again, cancel my credit cards and account as soon as this is done, if ever.

False advertising, laptop is NOT touchscreeen. Very disappointing and the customer service was not great. They offered $20 for the blatant lie posted on the product. Ordering online is getting more and more deceiving, hopefully brick and mortar stores will come back so we can all avoid the scams.

Description is not correct. - It is. Not touchscreen. It is slow. I tried to find a way to contact seller but I cannot. This is probably the biggest issue.

I literally received a box with a charger In it. There was no laptop in it and no one had reached back out to me regarding a refund or new delivery
