THIS ITEM WAS BOUGHT TO REPLACE A 9 YEAR OLD HP LAPTOP. I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THE ITEM, AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE LAPTOP. I AM NOT TECHNICAL AND FOUND IT EASY TO USE AND SET UP. I ALSO FOUND THE COMPANY I PURCHASED FROM EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. ORDER PLACED ON SATURDAY MORNING AND WAS DELIVERED MONDAY AFTERNOON. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THE PRODUCT. THIS IS THE 3RD HP COMPUTER I HAVE OWNED AND WOULD NOT BUY ANY OTHER MAKE. THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL PURCHASE.

Inability to use laptop, software not allowing any work on it.

It was a Graduation Gift for my oldest Grandson! It will mainly used while his Education is furthered. He really wanted a smaller laptop/tablet but he received this early this morning and absolutely loves it!

I would use this product to complete college courses as well as to check my e-mail. I would also use this product to watch news, watch movies, stream movies and listen to music. it is a durable product.

just got today 6*22*022 and settting it up. When I opened it up I was sceptical it said Windows 11 on the inner box for HP, true enough it was! By the way ordered online and got to choose my color of black or blue. Blue was a winner. Good replacement for my old all in one desktop. Recomend 4sure!! had to navigate passed negative reviews went for it.

This product performs all functions very well and is lightweight easy to carry pretty much anywhere. Nice screen for its size and very viewable. Good for basic computer use and even streaming a movie, or YouTube. The only thing that might be a surprise is if you let the battery run down waiting from 2-3 minutes even plugged in before the screen comes back up. I actually thought something was wrong, but looked this up online and it is one of the normal functions for this unit. Once you know it, no big deal and I actually love the lapto~

The computer is really good for basic things, like shopping and keeping up with the news. I am not technically minded and have really struggled with the "free Micro soft 365" I am not able to do anything and it keeps saying that my account is no longer active . There is n one to talk to and I do not have the skills to asked the right questions, so I am not using the computer very much.

It wasn't working sent it back and all I've heard is they received it. They don't give you any information about if they gave you credit or if they are fixing it. Should've given me a new one, but who knows. I like the size it's perfect for what I need.
