HP 14" HD Touchscreen Laptop with Copilot Intel N150 4GB RAM 128GB SSD Natural Silver + HP Wireless Mouse + One Year M365 Subscription

I bought this a month ago and it performs very well. The configuration and quality is excellent and fulfils all my requirements

When I first started using HP computers in the early twentieth years that's when I realized it was a good buy very quickly to learn and extra features like Microsoft 365 etcétera etcétera. Happy with this machine.

Great homeschool laptop for my 1st grader. No complaints. She loves the touchscreen and its definitely easier on her since she hasn't mastered using the mouse yet.

This laptop was so easy to set up even I did it and in 74 years old and not a computer person at all but now my wife thinks I am because I was able to get it set up with the help from the Ai that's built into it thank you for all the help.

This laptop had restrictions placed by Microsoft that prevented me from downloading non-Microsoft apps I needed for work. It took 2 weeks to get them removed so I could attend Zoom meetings. If you remove the restriction, make sure you get a solid antivirus, anti malware app.

I like that it's compact. However, the sound is too low and the color and brightness are horrible. But it does serve its purpose as a simple 1st time laptop for maybe a child. It is very sensitive to the touch and it doesn't feel too solid. It's all flimsy plastic.

The computer is really good for basic things, like shopping and keeping up with the news. I am not technically minded and have really struggled with the "free Micro soft 365" I am not able to do anything and it keeps saying that my account is no longer active . There is n one to talk to and I do not have the skills to asked the right questions, so I am not using the computer very much.

Had this model laptop previously in a larger size and purchased simply because it had the sd slot for my camera's media cards. It's OK, seems to be a cheaper version of the one I had previously. But it does the job. Would have liked the option of a larger size or another model with the sd card option. I don't understand why you need to remove functions and data storage.

The mouse and the touchscreen were great features to have. However, the internet froze severely right out of the box. I unfortunately had to return this item because I couldn't browse the web in peace without constant freezing. I rated this item a Two-Stars because of the touchscreen and mouse.

I've had so many issues with this laptop that I decided to just scrap it and buy something else. * It would never connect to Bluetooth or wireless devices * The WiFi lag made it impossible to work. Documents and websites would literally have 1-3 minute lag times. No data port so I bought an Ethernet adapter to hard wire to our router. The lag remained unchanged. * The 4G RAM is soldered and unable to be upgraded in order to fix the problem. * MS Office apps will not work even though I have a Microsoft account and purchased the upgraded annual subscription. I just get errors if I try to run them. I could go on and on but just do yourself a favor and don't buy this laptop. I'm not even willing to pass it off to my son who's in high school because I know it will be nothing but a headache for him.
