My son's laptop died his first week of college. I ordered this, and he picked it up at a Wal-Mart near him. Set up was a breeze, and it's perfect for his needs!

This is my second purchase my granddaughter really enjoy using the chrome tablet as she is a college student is reliable is doable. No problems no issues with it. We highly recommend it to any young adult. Any college student in a high school student perfect work tablet collection.

I moved from Florida to Vegas. This one is an upgrade. I took courses on it to renew my Nurses license. I love this as a browser. I need to set up my printer to it. Perfect for retirees who like to cook and print out recipes and most anything else they like from the Internet. I also listen to my YouTube music as well in my kitchen. Luxurious!

For $120 you can’t pass this early Black Friday deal up if you are in need of a decently spec laptop. So far I only have a few things I don’t really like about it . The touchpad and clicking around is OK but it would be nice if it came with a mouse if you wanna use a mouse . I tried to screen capture and had no clue how to drag the sides out . It said click to drag…. Well that didn’t work lol My biggest complaint is there is no backlit keys! Or at least I haven’t figured out how to make them backlit if it’s even possible. Which really sucks when trying to type in the middle of the night. Also, I didn’t realize it’s all android or bust, no apple compatibility at all if you are into all that. All that being said. If you wanna use it for barebones stuff, or just to watch Netflix or YouTube while laying in bed? Then this things been a champ! Thanks for reading :) Have a great day

I never received the item. It somehow got “lost.” When I inquired with this seller I was told that UPS contacted them and told them that I needed to contact UPS. Note that the seller never told me they were contacted by UPS. When I called UPS I was told the seller needed to be the one to report the lost package. I went back and forth with the seller about this, with them insisting that I needed to be the one to contact UPS. Buyer beware.

I purchased a brand new Chromebook in March. It’s now September and the battery has died. To fix it will cost about the same as a replacement. After only 4 months of use it only seems reasonable to offer a replacement in exchange for what seems like a faulty product. Hopefully getting replacement won’t be a hassle

Horrible experience! The computer is defective upon receiving it. I took it to the store to return and the associate took the computer and gave me a return receipt. I then received an email stating that my return was pending until I returned my item ( which I already did). I called the store and was told to call 1800 WMART. I called 1800 WMART and was told there was no proof showing that I had returned the computer. I went back to the store and was told the return had been canceled and was given the lap top back. I then called 1800 again and was told that the 3rd party seller had to send me a return label and I had to mail it. The lable that was sent would not open and allow me to print. I then called 1800 again and was told that a refund was not possible unless I returned the computer. I explained for the 10th time that I needed a return label. I was then told that there was a glitch on Wmart's end and that some one would contact me in 48 hours. I have been trying to return this defective computer since June 2nd. It is now June 9th. I have made 3 trips back to the store and called 1800 Wmart atleast twice a day for 8 days. I have done everything that I have been told to do to return the computer. I can not complete the return without a proper return label. I have been passed off from one person / department to the next. This is robbery.

I was not able to install a software for free to be able to use a Microsoft style documents called WSP and Libra or any other type of software because Google want to block everything and then if I need to do a PDF file I can’t even do that This computer sucks.

Computer had a problem with the touchpad/mouse. I had to drop it off at my local store to be sent in to be returned, and was very disappointed with that whole process. Didn't get the refund when it was dropped off, took longer than it should have to get back to seller, and then seller didn't seem to be in any hurry to send out refund. Had to wait for refund to get done to look for another computer, so all in all I wouldn't order from a third party seller through Walmart. Still waiting on refund after the, oh so helpful, Walmart customer service rep told me it has already been initiated. I'd say skip this and find an actual store that you can walk into to buy and if necessary return your item.
