I had never had a Chromebook before I got this one so it took a minute to learn, but it has a slim sleek design and very nice. It is lightweight snd easy to use , I would highly recommend

My son's laptop died his first week of college. I ordered this, and he picked it up at a Wal-Mart near him. Set up was a breeze, and it's perfect for his needs!

I moved from Florida to Vegas. This one is an upgrade. I took courses on it to renew my Nurses license. I love this as a browser. I need to set up my printer to it. Perfect for retirees who like to cook and print out recipes and most anything else they like from the Internet. I also listen to my YouTube music as well in my kitchen. Luxurious!

Works well. Frustrating that the @ and “ symbols are in the wrong place on the keyboard instead of where they should be (and where they are printed to be on the keys). Also frustrating, I have to upgrade my printer since my HP printer won't print from the laptop.

Overall, it was fine, but the screen and keyboard turned out being way too small for my liking. That was my fault for not considering the screen size I really wanted though, not the computer's fault, ha. Affordable laptop if the screen works for you.

For $120 you can’t pass this early Black Friday deal up if you are in need of a decently spec laptop. So far I only have a few things I don’t really like about it . The touchpad and clicking around is OK but it would be nice if it came with a mouse if you wanna use a mouse . I tried to screen capture and had no clue how to drag the sides out . It said click to drag…. Well that didn’t work lol My biggest complaint is there is no backlit keys! Or at least I haven’t figured out how to make them backlit if it’s even possible. Which really sucks when trying to type in the middle of the night. Also, I didn’t realize it’s all android or bust, no apple compatibility at all if you are into all that. All that being said. If you wanna use it for barebones stuff, or just to watch Netflix or YouTube while laying in bed? Then this things been a champ! Thanks for reading :) Have a great day

I purchased a brand new Chromebook in March. It’s now September and the battery has died. To fix it will cost about the same as a replacement. After only 4 months of use it only seems reasonable to offer a replacement in exchange for what seems like a faulty product. Hopefully getting replacement won’t be a hassle

I was not able to install a software for free to be able to use a Microsoft style documents called WSP and Libra or any other type of software because Google want to block everything and then if I need to do a PDF file I can’t even do that This computer sucks.

Computer had a problem with the touchpad/mouse. I had to drop it off at my local store to be sent in to be returned, and was very disappointed with that whole process. Didn't get the refund when it was dropped off, took longer than it should have to get back to seller, and then seller didn't seem to be in any hurry to send out refund. Had to wait for refund to get done to look for another computer, so all in all I wouldn't order from a third party seller through Walmart. Still waiting on refund after the, oh so helpful, Walmart customer service rep told me it has already been initiated. I'd say skip this and find an actual store that you can walk into to buy and if necessary return your item.

Really wanted this to be just a decent laptop for general use, but it froze whenever I opened a page on the internet, would finally load the page but if you opened a second tab it totally locked up and had to be restarted. Sorry but I would not recommend for anybody at any level.
