When I saw this computer online I dropped the one I had in the store that was HP 15 inch and ordered this one because even though it|s an inch smaller it had double the capacity and storage and ofcourse it doesnt hurt that it is my favorite color pink. It is very Comfortable and easy to understand.

there was no instructions on how to operate this laptop which makes it difficult for us seniors. still not sure what I'm doing. but good price.

Decent price, cute look, but its moves at a snails pace. Also, there's something odd/ off about the trackpad/ touchpad. The click doesn't register with a normal amount of pressure that i'd use on any other laptop. It wants a much lighter touch in order to respond. I find that annoying because I almost never remember to use it with kid gloves. Also, an annoyance which is not inherently an issue with this specific model rather HP as a whole, the charger port is proprietary. It cannot take the typical USB-C charger. You must use a specific HP charger.

I have had nothing but problems since I got it.Today I can't love in.I can't hook up to a wifi.I try to call the customer support number of course and they were closed So AI was trying to help me, but all that comes on the screen os the HP logo then it just spins smh

I have been an HP customer for over 25 years. This is the worst computer I've ever had. The track pad is inoperable. I am very disappointed with this product. The only saving grace was that I got it on sale and only paid about 1/2 of the msrp.

It came in good condition and it definitely works for everyday things like classwork, but other than it's REALLY slow.

Terrible laptop. I bought this for school and it just runs way too slow. I'm constantly having issues with the touchpad. When I first set it up it wouldn't connect to my wifi. Sometimes it'll just randomly disconnect from the wifi and won't reconnect until I restart the laptop and the wifi router. Not worth it.

This laptop was a horrible purchase. When we got it, we took it out of the box, and signed into my acct on the laptop. The next time I got it out to use it, it would not come on. I charged it, even though I knew that the battery couldn't have been dead that fast. Charged it, went to turn it on, and it would t come on! I am taking it back!

I never received product for a refund because the courier left it outside of the unlock front door of the apartment building

I didn't receive my order and driver put it in wrong location without signature they refused to refund my money
