I love everything about this computer. It has and does everything I need it to do. It is a big plus that it has the touch screen feature and the price was amazing. I love that it shipped so quickly before the holidays due to it being a Christmas gift.

I love this laptop. It came new and it's very sleek and stylish! The OS is a little glitchy but I don't think that has anything to do with the seller.

Regret purchasing. Performance extremely disappointing and having to replace.

I ordered the computer but received not the one I ordered and it had no battery. Was already delayed because of weather and then when I received it, it had no battery. It wasn't the one that I paid for. Also, call customer service and said that they would get back to me in 40 hours in the agent never put in my information so I had to call back two days later and find out it wasn't coming or any info from the third-party customer.

This computer was the worst computer I got. Usually when they are brand new they are suppose to work fairly quickly, but this one was very slow from the moment I got it out of the box. Not only that, but it was also impossible to get to go faster after countless hours of trying new skills and tips to make it faster from HP, and Google resources.

My laptop has been giving me numerous network issues, and it keeps logging me out whenever I'm in class.

I only had this piece of nothing 2 weeks and only been able to do one solid day of school work..it freezes up really bad and extremely SLOW and I have real fast WI-FI…I really dislike that i brought it

The computer itself came great but once u turned it on it had issues with Microsoft edge, it would not let me open the app and when it did it was just a white screen. The computer also had issues with downloading apps and charging was loose had to be in a position to work when I had barely got it.

not what i expected. cannot get rid of ms365 and directions too confusing. i thought it was free for a yr....but no such luck. too bad as i am very close to being legally blind and need somthing more familiar and it will be set up as an assistive device.

the laptop stopped working and its taking 3 days so far with no contact from anyone to either exchange it or send it in to be fixed. i put insurance on it and everything so I would not have this type of problem. I followed the insurance and now I'm sitting with a broke laptop and no one is trying to fix it or contact my granddaughter's step mom for any information on the darn thing. This is terrible handling of your products and those who buy them. I will rethink everything I decide to buy from them from now on after this mess
