So far so good. this laptop is perfect for my son starting his next phase in life. with school and life in general, i think it is a perfect fit. it is not too big or too small and the bonuses makes it even better.
The laptop was as pictured and arrived quickly. I love the lavender color. It worked great out of the box and the extra accessories were a nice touch. Great value for what you pay for an everyday home use laptop.
laptop arrived but a day late. lucky me school had not started yet. easy setup with no issues do far.

This is a laptop was a great idea for my daughter who entered her first year of college. The only downfall is that the battery life isn't too good.
Unfortunately, it had issues with WiFi hardware/drivers. Could never set up internet connection so I returned it.
Third day started to randomly shutting down. The fan was too loud. With all that Walmart is holding my refund hostage. It's going on two weeks now and nothing.
plugged in for installation, got, too hot,to soon, both the laptop and the charger, is not a good thing to get that hot ,on such a small period of time.
