HP 143A Neverstop Black Toner Reload Kit, W1143A

I was excited to purchase two genuine HP 143A black toner cartridges through Walmart. The price was lower than the office supply stores. I will continue to buy this product through Walmart online. Delivery schedule was great. No delays. I like knowing I can buy genuine HP products through Walmart online.

I was extremely happy with my refill toner. They were super easy to refill, instructions were clear, and since I bought a two pack and don't print extremely often, this is going to last me another 3 or 4 years. This is exactly why we bought a laser printer, because of the price of toner. Love my printer, love my toner.

My printer is the 100X which believe to be the best laser printer ever made for small office or business. Too bad you discontinued it.

Easy to install

Easy to refill, but 1 cartridge does not fill all.

Love this printer, but the refill devices can be difficult. They will sometimes stick. You have to pull up and press down multiple times to get it to "click" or register the click. When you pull up, if you do so too forcefully you can pull the top of the printer off (not completely off, just up at the edge), which causes internal problems like the measuring mechanism to stop working. I think this is a great machine. A true workhorse. A true value. They just need to work on the refill system.

The product is fine, my problem was with the instructions. They are ALMOST foolproof. I say almost because they don't tell you to move the plunger handle from the side of the unit to the upright position BEFORE you start shaking the cartridge or toner will fall out!

I never got it to work properly, I couldn't press the plunger down all the way. I tried everything that was recommended. Finally, I turned off the printer and could remove the cartridge. I think I got some ink into the printer but I'm not certain how much.

These printers are a little bit older and it could be that all of the ink refill kits that are currently sitting on shelves are just so old and caked on that not too much powder comes out. I went through a total of four and I really can't see any powder at the refill kit area, and the light doesn't change at the low level so it could be that by these preloaded order refill kit are just a waste of time.

Hi would you please check on your remaining HP toner because the one I received both were empty, fill out my printer but still telling me that the ink is empty. Please if someone can check was wrong with those toners.
