Solid Laptop
Solid laptop. Fast and responsive. I read somewhere they said the fan was loud, no in my opinion. The mouse button is a little stiff but I can over look that. Good battery life as well. I recommend this labtop.

Good but speakers were not clear, going in and out
Pro: This laptop was beautiful, well packaged, quick to set up, large screen. Con: My speakers started going in and out and were fuzzy to hear (not clear sound) after about a week or two. I had to return this laptop for that reason. The seller was helpful and responsive but this item was on back order so they could not send me another. I DID get my full refund though.

Just don't….
I received this laptop and it working fine up until yesterday. I had to reach out to HP only to find out this laptop was previously purchased back in 2020 and out of warranty. I'm not sure how I purchased a used laptop. I'm still waiting to hear from the seller. I would not recommend.

Same problem as other 1 star customer. received laptop November 2021, but warranty expired September 2021. Go figure....

My laptop never worked properly, it took ages to open the screen, and now it's just all black and it doesn't work at all!!! I've tried contacting the seller several times and they never respond to my messages, don't spend your money with them!!!
