Buy This Computer
This laptop is light to carry and has a streamlined display thanks to Windows 11. The battery power is plentiful. I cannot think of anything I don't like about this laptop, or the experience of purchasing from Walmart.

My old laptop died, I needed to get something quick as I do a lot online. Love my purchase of this HP laptop Easy to set-up / use. Delivery was quick!!

Don't like colors used on keyboard
This is Windows 11, and a little different. It is HP and you can call HP to get tech help. The keyboard lettering I do not like, as it's white over medium grey. Difficult to see for me.

Great laptop.
Love the computer. Just wish I had chose one that the keyboard lit up on. Love how lightweight it is.

Reliable product.
Works great. It's fast and the graphics are awesome. It does not have a touch screen unfortunately but I can live with out it. Overall I am satisfied with the laptop.

Great as an emergency laptop
My laptop died suddenly and I needed a new one fast. I ordered whatever the cheapest thing was at my local Walmart and this was it. For an emergency laptop, it served his purpose. But if you actually need a proper laptop to replace your old one, and transfer all your files, forget it. The storage space is very limited. The system takes up 109 GB of the total 125 GB space! I only transferred the files I needed most and it barely fit. Bottom line: great in an emergency. For normal operation, buy something else.

Not as described
The laptop did not come as described. The listing states the laptop as being touch screen when in reality it is not. I am going to keep the laptop because it still suites my personal needs but buyer beware.

Everything thing is great ... Do not believe the descriptions... It is not touchscreen...Which was the whole reason I purchaded it and went to new Jersey to pick it up which is a hour and a half .... lol ...Walmart never does thinga like this and now im statt to not trust what yhey stated...

had to return, as it could barely handle multiple browser tabs. coild not upgrade ram, as it is soldered on motherboard.

Cheap for a reason. Don't get it
I just got this delivered a little over an hour ago. I wasted my time on same day EXPEDITED delivery and guess what….now I have to get in my car and drive alllll the way back to return this piece of crap. It's supposed to be 128 GB of storage but they don't tell you that the tons of pre installed storage takes up literally almost half of it. It's only 58.9 available and I haven't installed anything. SMH I'm so annoyed.
