Great laptop no complaints

I can't retrieve my files, I used flash drive to recover them but the flash drives don't work with the computer. Everything must be compatible with Apple

My brother who is an IT professional helped me choose this computer because of it's operating properties. I like it because it's thin and light weight as well as operates quickly.

I liked the performance and quality of this item. It is very easy to use, connects to wifi and internet faster. I am glad that I purchased it.

Runs faster than expected, easy to transfer files from old computer, easy set up. So glad we went with HP. Highly recommend for every day use.

The product was easy to set up and suits my needs

The battery won't charge the laptop. Can't access settings

I purchased this laptop from Walmart last April as a gift to send to Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment from the start. The battery was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge. Even after replacing the battery, the laptop still didn't work properly. To make matters worse, there was an issue with the motherboard, rendering the laptop unusable. This has been the worst laptop I've ever owned, and I would strongly advise against buying it. Save yourself the frustration and money, and look for a more reliable option.
