This laptop has an easy setup especially for someone who is not tech savvy like me. Super quick processing speed and easy to use. The only thing I wish it had was a light up key board
Used HP for years, they have the features I want. Last one actually started . Last one actually started falling apart. I use numbers a lot, so the separate number pad is exactly what I need. Buying on-line had me spend about $200.00 less then the last one I bought in-store.
For the price it cant be beat. i was pleasantly surprised that despite the description saying it has 8 GB of RAM, the one i received has 12 GB.
Boughtw this laptop for my daughter to play sims. It has great graphics, good storage and touchscreen. Good value for the price.
I love it's a touch screen and I gotten so much con on my laptop and even referred several of my friends to get it
This is a great little laptop and an oustanding value for the money with one caveat which I will get to. If not for that one issue I would give it 5 stars. Good processing speed and pleny of disk space with all the essentials including a touch screen, camera, multiple USB ports and an HDMI port. Lots of bang for the buck for sure! The major issue I had with it is the Windows S Mode it comes installed with. This is marketed as a "security feature", but in reality what it does is keep you from installing any app that doesn't come through the Microsoft Store. I got this for my daughter to use at college and the S Mode prevented her from installing any of the school apps and also would not let her install their required 'Lockdown Browser' or even Zoom. Having the school apps was a requirement for online syllabus and especially online testing purposes. She had told me she did not need my assistance with setup when I gifted it to her, but contacted me frantically with this issue the first time she tried to use it for school purposes. Without the Lockdown Browser she would be unable to participate in a major exam later that day. I had to talk her through turning off the S Mode and this resulted in the laptop actually being usable at her school for anything she needs it for. If it had come like this I would give it 5 stars. I have to wonder how many people don't understand S Mode and that it can be turned off find themselves handicapped and/or dissapointed with laptops like this that have it. Turning it off just takes a few minutes, but as a warning, once you turn it off, you can't turn it back on. I say good riddance. Here is the process: 1 On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation. 2 In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section, be careful not to click the "Go to the Store" link that appears there.) 3 On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the 'Get' button. After you see a confirmation message on that page, you'll be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.
Very nice quality laptop. Sleek and lightweight design, nice size screen. Wish the keyboard keys lighted up and that it was touch screen. Overall, good product.
It took 3 extra days to get the laptop. I have it hooked up and updated. I am sorry to say that the "enter" button is stuck. The left side of the button is pushed down and I can't do anything with it. I also thought it was a backlit keyboard. Can you please send me a new one and I will send this one back??
I received my order and when I turned it on everything was in Spanish and I couldn't select United States because it wasn't listed. I reached out to Wal-Mart Global laptop customer service and given instructions, but the instructions didn't work and then the computer stop working. Im still waiting on someone to return my email on to return and get a refund.
