So far this has been a good computer for the business I am in, I am hopeful my company upgrades their software so I can take full use of the attributes this computer has, as I have wanted a computer like this for quite a while.
I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, The original unit arrived very quickly. I attempted to set up the computer for her, so that she could use it out of the box immediately. After installing her name into the beginning set up, the system froze. There are no restore discs, or USB drive tools with the unit, and with no CD ROM drives built in, no way of using tools to see what the problem was. I ordered the red case for my wife, but when I took it to a local Walmart they replaced it for me, but they only had the Silver and black versions in stock.
Just discovered that this laptop was sold to me as new and it's used. Two previous owners info is saved on this laptop. Extremely disappointing and i feel duped.
