Amazingly fast great computer! Makes remote work a dream.

I love this laptop, but I need more time to get used to it. I learned that Microsoft works well and show's beautiful graphics so I'm loving this laptop.

My granddaughter really needed a computer for school and I asked if she would rather have a tablet . She said she rather have the computer.

It was a very nice laptop it was just too big for me and my job and it was really hard to find a hard case

The electrical code will not stay plugged in and the battery will not charge because of it. Even plugged in, it keep going off. I need a new electrical cord that fit and is not loose. How do I get one?

SCAM… Do not purchase from this supplier. Bought in Aug, Nov got boot drive error, supplier will not contact me back via email, their phone number has been disconnected and HP voided warranty because product was altered before being shipped.

When I opened and unpacked the computer the first thing I did was to plug the charger in.. Twenty-four hours later when I checked the battery status I showed 36%, when I unplugged the charger the computer died. Plugged it back up and it showed 36%. I unplugged again and it died. I immediately instituted a return slip. I paid $899 for the computer, on sale. I have no interest in starting a repair or replace program. If the first one was bad, then there's a pretty good chance that the next one will be too.

I received this yesterday I'm 65 it only took me a little over an hour by myself to put together. The instructions were excellent! The size is perfect for my apartment You can't beat the price for the quality. Very sturdy . I'm just waiting for the Riverside media stand 'to complete the room.

I rarely used this computer as it was sooo slow and I couldn't use Photoshop because of incompatibility issues. Now it is dead dead dead. Did I say it was dead? Piece of Junk! Nice paperweight tho.
