Hello, I received this computer yesterday. It would not set up. I attempted five times after that I tried to factory reset it would not remove any information of mine that had already downloaded. You could tell that it had been previously pulled apart. The bottom is cracked in two spots actually broken and glued back together. I reached out to the seller multiple times. I've reached out to Walmart. This computer cost me $800 multiple items missing from the box and here. I am waiting. I can't send it back because my pictures downloaded on it and so did my credit cards, but they won't delete that so I guess I need to go to my bank and have it taken care of but it still leaves my picture so the computer won't be leaving my house. I have some pictures to upload too. Hopefully, I can get to that area.

Started setting up and right away started glitching. Finally got it set up only for it to start freezing up. Camera was blurry and low resolution. After trying to figure out why it's freezing up and delaying actions, I gave up and returned it. My 4 year old desktop works better and faster than this new desktop.

all Walmart Computers are packed with garbage and run slow. you need to pay full price or don't purchase from them better off purchasing from Amazon at least they have the real product.
