Cost-Effective?
All this paperwork for a toner? At the end of a year, what % of good customer suggestions are given compared with total sales in each area reviewed? I just wonder if the assessments are worth it to you?

It feels weird to rate a color toner! That said, it is happily installed with its mates (an easy process) and is working its magic, mixing with them.

Love the 202 and 202X toners. Easy to install and I know they always work fine. Never had a problem.

Too expensive
Too expensive. I'm small peanuts.one set of ink cost as much or more than the printer. I know HP has to make my ney, but can't you provide a product that is good AND consumer responsive?

Hard to beat HP quality, but could on value
The toner shopped promptly and arrived in good fashion. You cannot beat HP toner on quality and color, only price. While i am no fan of their remaining toner detection as it appears to signal way too soon resulting in reduced cost savings, increased waste, and ultimately loss of value. HP toner quality is surpurb but priced at a point that gives opportunity to their competitors. HP should do better to bring grester value tovtge consumer.

Not perfect
The cartridge installation was easy but I had asked why there are white patches on copies. I was told that a new black cartridge would help. It did not. Peter

Good product. Ridiculously Expensive. First Time Problem.
The ink cartridges are what I have to buy to run my HP Laser printer. They are a good product but are ridiculously expensive. For the first time in years and years of using this ink cartridge, having an issue with the chip. The ink flows but the printer message is its low on ink. Did all the printer resets and troubleshooting. Nothing works to eliminate the message. Very annoying.

Stopped working even though 1/2 full!
This review is for the prior black cartridge that stopped working, even though it was still 1/2 full. HP forced to buy this new cartridge because my current/broken one, was over 12mos old. Who cares how old it is? I purchased 3 color cartridges at the same time as the old black one and HP could see that from my order history - the 3 color cartridges are doing just fine. I'm a home user, so I don't go through ink at a rapid pace, why should I be penalized for an HP mechanical failure!
