i don't like the keyboard. its small and different from previous model. I will probably change it out. trying to get accustomed to it first.

It was not working right from the start. It kept shutting off at odd times. never could get it to the home page to det on it. Was not a good pc.

could not set up, it kept restarting do to error. So I returned it and ordered another one, same model and it did the same thing. So I'm sending %232 backto company. Very disappointed

2 months after purchasing the PC it had a error code missing file. Walmart said to contact HP because it was more than a month. After 3 calls to HP they said it's OS was dos not Windows 11 and they don't warranty it. The extended warranty from allstate wouldn't apply until after the first year. I was told to contact the seller who to my surprise was not Walmart but Best Tech which had no contact number. My last resort was to contact my credit card billing dispute to try to retrieve my money for the PC and extended warranty. Be careful when buying from Walmart that your purchase is sold and shipped by Walmart. Very disappointed with this purchase.
