Excellent product. I rushed to take advantage of the major price break, but did not realize there could be a shortage of needed USB ports. To my joy I had a USB hub that seems to overcome that problem. I really like that the startup is near instantaneous and launching some apps is fast.

I am very happy with this purchase, nuying a laptop these days can be difficult with all the brands and options available, This EliteBook 860 has everything you need and is lightweight as well and is super fast and does not run hot so I can have it on my lap. EXACTLY what I was looking for! Just get it!

Workhorse of a machine. Lightweight and thin but large display. The display is more square than rectangle than I expected but that is my fault. I dont mind the ratio, its actually quite nice. Plenty of resources to run many applications including vmware guests.

Powerful, Sleek and Responsive

There is no ability for a touch screen, which would have been nice. The touchpad is huge, but the keyboard and arrows for the up, down, right, left functionality is very small. The power button is situated right next to the delete button, so it occasionally gets pressed when pushing the delete button. The keyboard and numpad seem very small relative the huge amount of space for the touchpad. When opening and closing the laptop, you want to avoid touching the middle of the top edge because the built-in cover for the camera is right in the middle. It has a built-in cover for the camera, which is nice, but it is flimsy. If it broke, it will be difficult to open and close the cover over the camera. All that being said, the laptop functions quickly and well. I have the ability to open multiple programs (Chrome, MS Word, VMs, etc) and functionality doesn't slow down. It also has the ability to have multiple desktops, so I can switch between the work desktop and the personal desktop. I have a lot of storage, so I don't have to worry about pictures or videos taking up too much space on my computer.

Price was excellent. Weight is good. Speed and performance also excellent. Number of ports and types are lacking. If the WiFi does not function this unit cannot be connected to the internet without procuring some adapter to connect to an ethernet connection. USB hub is almost a must.

Wolf Pro Security is the only major downside of this computer. It fills the computer with unneeded features and blocks easy use. Should be a way to dump it and free up the computer for easier operations!!!

Laptop is very fast and very nice. However, the fan on this thing is ridiculously loud, to the point it's not good for conducting Teams or Zoom meetings. People on the other end thought I was outside at an airport or something with all the background noise. I've had gaming rigs that didn't make this much noise, and all I was running was Teams. I did contact customer support who ran some tests, and was able to let the rep hear the fan noise over the call. They were quick to send a box for me to return the laptop so they can attempt to fix the issue. I'll update the rating once I get a response/new laptop, but for now it's 2 stars max.

I like most things about this laptop except the display screen. It has gray shadows unless your head is in the exact correct spot. If the screen isn't tilted exactly right then the gray shadows show up again. Even if my head is directly in the center when looking at the screen the sides appear darker. If I adjust the screen brightness it doesn't make the dark shadows go away it just gives a bright glare which is also hard on the eyes. Since I look at my computer about 8-9 hours a day this is a pretty big problem.

Already crashed twice. Just turned off. Had an error message. Super disappointed.
