Perfect All in one Desktop, packed with performance and quality.

Mayank J January 4, 2026

Superb Performance & Quality. I wanted to gift my kid a desktop so that they wont slouch on the bed for their screen time and homework activities. This All in one was perfect. Its compact to its screen size, dont have to worry about CPU box storage, screen size of 24 Inch was optimal, additionally we wanted this time 16gb RAM, and the processor was AMD AI processor. I looked before buying, AI process has more clock speed then regular, it should last for next 3-4 years based on how we are processing the information fast. very delighted with this purchase.

Customized computer the way it was wanted.

343MJN January 25, 2026

Special ordering gave me the customized features that were needed, without features unwanted. This is the first solid state drive I have ever had, other than USB flash drives. The drive is so fast. It boots fast. Windows 11 may have no need for purchase of antivirus software, because the software it has really works. Everyone should also use the check disk, and defrag, at the administrator prompt. Those programs take less time than ever before. Any defrag program takes more than two hours at the prompt, but this defrag program is twenty minutes faster. It would have been nice to have BIOS CSM Legacy boot in this computer, but it is missing, and only boots UEFI. That is why I will need to purchase UEFI booting operating systems on USB flash drives. After booting so many legacy USB flash drives, for so very long, it is a big change to begin UEFI booting.

Fast, friendly, and nice looking all-in-one computer

Anonymous January 14, 2026

After searching for a couple of months, I found the computer that fits perfectly with my expectations in terms of size, function, and speed. The set-up process was unexpectedly smooth without any glitches. And app and data migration from the older computer to this one was straight-forward. After using it for a month, I am very satisfied with it.

Power Off Issue

CYHS January 8, 2026

Is there any way to fully power off the computer? Whenever I pressed the power button in the right lower back of screen, the screen turned black, but there wss a small light in the front lower right still on. Did that mean my computer already turn off or not?

Fast Computer, Easy Setup, Nice Display and Sound

Trekkiegirl8 September 12, 2025

I bought this because of the impending Windows 10 loss-of-support and also because my previous desktop, an HP Pavilion 20 all-in-one was 12 years old and had been extremely slow for years, despite my efforts to free up memory and run fixes. Truth be told, I was hesitant to buy another HP all-in-one for that reason but, unlike shopping for desktops a decade ago, I found the choices fewer and the options that checked all or most of my boxes (including budget), so to speak, limited. I've had this now for just under a week and am really pleased with its speed. I had been a bit concerned about making the transition to Windows 11 but its display/ interface is really not that significantly different from previous versions. It's moreso a matter of getting used to where they moved the icons and you can still create shortcuts on the desktop in addition to the center window that opens up with your pins. I deducted 1 point on my review for the following things, which are pretty minor overall but, without them, I would have given it 5 stars: -All the ports are in the back center. This makes it a bit awkward if you want to use a flash drive, for instance. (One thing I appreciated about my old HP Pavilion is that the ports were on the left side of the monitor frame.) -The paper instructions are pretty simplistic and brief, mainly numbered and arrowed pictures of what's what and what goes where, very little written steps. If the computer is for someone not used to setups, it would probably help to have someone with a little more experience or intuitiveness helping, including the startup steps once you turn it on. -The Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games section is fun and you can play for points, compete in events, etc. But I experienced freezes/crashes about 3 times while playing the solitaire games and had to Task Manager out of it. Also, a few of the games have to be downloaded to be played and the word game won't connect to or download from the MS store, at least not from the provided link. Overall, though, so far so good for the few days I've had it. It also won't break the budget if you want a fast computer with nice size touch-screen monitor and great sound quality. And the seller shipped promptly.

Will get 5 stars when it passes speed test for remote job.

BJ in Georgia January 15, 2026

This HP is MUCH faster than my old 8GB one, so I will give it 4 and 1/2 stars! I purchased 16GB to be able to pass speed test to work from home. I'm still learning and getting used to it, but so far, it's great!
