Excessive requirement to review products
I ordered an incredibly expensive replacement toner because the machine says it needs it soon - that is why I ordered it. The many emails to review this product are annoying, they simply clog up my inbox.

Periodically the ink cartridges, cause a great deal of noise at the copier which my Tech has confirmed. I don't have a problem with the ink, but I have a big problem with the amount of noise that is created when I change cartridges from time to time it doesn't happen every time but often enough that it is very

Purchased as a back-up replacement
I cannot offer a review of this product because I still have not opened it. It was purchased as a replacement to ink cartridges I last purchased nearly two years ago. I am therefore giving it the lowest possible rating because of these annoying repeated requests to review this product.
