HP 564XL Ink Cartridge, Cyan (CB323WN)

I love this product, my papers are clear and well presented, plus to be able to recicle the cartridges after is indeed a plus, helping the environment makes me feel happier :)

This is the only refill that my printer can use. Most of the time it seems to be a never ending cartridge and then other times it is gone almost as soon as I put it in. But it gives good quality of a print so we are happy.

I really appreciate having the option of all the cartridges in one box. Convenient.

I had to buy HP cartridges because the Staples equivalent was terrible. Two of the Staples cartridges were half full and the other 2 would not work.

Love the larger size cartridges plus all the colors and black in one pack. Love the special buy one get one 1/2 price. Did not understand why I did not get money off for the used cartridges I turned in at time of purchase. Guess it was the date?

The associate in the store approached me while I was trying to find my replacement ink cartridges. She was extremely helpful and friendly that it definitely made my shopping experience at Staples very pleasant. Unfortunately I don't remember her name to give her the credit she so deserves. Keep up the excellent job.

I am hoping the Black INK last longer with XL than the standard because the cost is high. I didnt need the other colors but it is not cost effective to buy just Black which is unfortunate. I had an issue with the cartridge and once I ran a color test it finally started printing in black.

Hp and or Staples should assure this package includes a regular black ink for text not photo. I was. Unsure but fortunately the regular black ink was what I needed and so it worked out. The price is on the high end. Shopping around might have been worthwhile.

Works but doesn't last anywhere as long as advertised. overpriced but unavoidable.

Shortly after putting the new cartridges in my printer I started getting messages that my printer was offline. When I would check the printer's screen it would say ‘One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged'. All of my cartridges were new and were placed in their correct position so I don't know what's going on.
