Great Value
Everything came as ordered. setup was easy and everything works well. JOYSYSTEMS did a great job in refurbishing and there were no external flaws. Internally everything was tight and secure. Great computer for the money.

I am a windows 7 lover and did not want o purchase a Pc with window 10 so I was looking at this with the price I was happy with I am very happy with this product

Not a valid windows product key
The computer did not come with a valid Windows product key. After 25 days the computers will no longer work until I purchase a Windows OS product key.

Where to start?
First, the fan noise sound like a small plane when all four processor are firing, but the kicker was after the second round of Windows updates, the system would not restart and fell into a start up repair cycle. It could not self repair and I did a system restore which caused me to have to reinstall software and redo settings. Have had to do that twice now (it is Monday and picked this up last Friday). This puppy is going back tomorrow.
