Do I have a choice? Only 61 works with my printer!
Great product and adequate for most print jobs
This ink is very affordable. It lasts a long time. I use it for printing out recipes so I can follow the directions. I also print out my tax forms and insurance correspondence. The way Microsoft takes my files and puts them in the cloud, I am afraid this important information will disappear if I save it on my computer.
I'm sure had I gotten the product it would have been 5 and no issues. The package was meticulously opened and reclosed. Inside the box were old used cartridges. Someone switched out the cartridges and returned item to the store. The next person, me, got their discard.
Ordinarily I would give this a five-star review, having used this product for years. However, the last two times I bought the tricolor ink, even though I'm buying a trusted brand, HP, it doesn't last half as long as it used to. According to my printer, the cartridge is just under 1/2 and yet does not print at all. I've had to swap it out several times and have ended up just using the black, which also doesn't last as long as I remember, but at least it lasts longer than the color does. Very disappointing. It is definitely not good value for the money, since I have to go out and buy a new one when it's still half full.
For what you get meaning the number of pages it is way too much money for cartridges. I am going to buy a different brand of printer next time.
I was really disappointed with this HP 61 cartridge. The ink ran out unbelievably fast. much quicker than it should have for the price. I barely got any printing done before it was already empty. For something that's supposed to be reliable, this one completely missed the mark. I've been using HP for years and this is my first complaint. I'm ready to switch brands.
Worst Walmart experience ever. Ordered a black and a color ink cartridge so I would not have to go to the store. Shipped separately - stupid. Took TEN days for the color cartridge to come! Box was scuffed, yellowed and the edges were torn. Expiration date was ripped off. Cartridge did not work. When I called for a replacement, first I was told this did not qualify for a refund/replacement. When I finally got a person, I did manage to get a refund, but only if I take the cartridge to the store to return it. So now not only do I have to go to the store in December, which is what I wanted to avoid if the first place, I have to stand in line at the return desk, hope the barcode will come up on my phone, then go to the department that has another ink cartridge, search for an employee to unlock the ink case and pay for it in that department. I do not plan to order anything from Walmart again after this experience. I wish I could avoid going to their stores altogether now that they have done away with self checkout, but they are the only option in my area. But remember, Walmart, Kmart was everything and now they are nothing thanks to poor customer service. You think you are too big to fail, but Sears went under too.
Unfortunately, this cartridge is in some way faulty, causing very faint printing with empty spaces.
it's alright if your printer and computer will talk to each other. Mine doesn't, so I had to buy another printer that will connect with my computer operating system.
