Good and Bad
67 Ink cartridges are reasonable in price, however the 2800 series all in one printer that I bought is not that great. Sorry I bought it. Nothing but problems with it.

Cartridges at too expensive for what you get
For what you get meaning the number of pages it is way too much money for cartridges. I am going to buy a different brand of printer next time.

Cartridge Conundrum
Of the dual pack color and B/W ink cartridges purchased 01/20 only the B/W will work. The printer will not recognize the color cartridge the way it will not recognize private brands. HP offered no replacement or refund.

Frustrated College Student
I purchased this on a Friday with hope for it to arrive by Wednesday. I was extremely happy when it arrived a day early. I am very hands on so I print a lot but I have two jobs and was preparing for school so I didn’t have a chance to go buy ink. Shocked when it came as two individuals verse the pictured. I only needed the black at the moment. As soon as I put the cartridge in my printer (office jet) it brought up an error message for the black ink “cartridge needs replaced”. I tried turning it off and back on, pulling both out, cleaning by hp support instructions, etc. Finally, now I am performing a return asap and buying it in store since I received a cartridge that was shipped properly but ended up being a faulty one regardless. I hope this doesn’t happen to too many more people.

Product needs to be double checked when being sent
Boxes came in damaged and am being told that it isn’t the right one for my printer. The boxes were damaged when they were packed you really shouldn’t send out already dames product cause could cause it to not work. The boxes were in a bubble sealed back when shipped so couldn’t have happened in transit
