If you have an HP printer why would not use HP ink? If you have decided to buy an HP printer you obviously are happy with their products. Why not use the factory recommended supply's?

I liked the lower price and the delivery that was exactly the same as it was promised. The delivery time was longer than it was in case of local stock from, but from California, it was surprisingly fast.

I have tried, in the past, today we refurbished ink cartridges only to have them fail over and over again. This is the only ink that will work in my hp printer.

The ordering and shipping were excellent. But the Black HP 61 cartridge would not work no matter what I did. The only option given was to return purchase. I would have kept the color HP 61 cartridge if given that option. I was in the middle of a printing project at the time. I had to go buy new HP 61 cartridges at a store to finish project. They worked and I finished the project. The process to return the purchase was excellent except for the lack of options. Unfortunately the HP 61 Black not working had nothing to do with Walmart, they did an excellent job. This is a HP issue.

Ink cartridges have a warranty ending in July 2023, so these are cartridges that have been unsold for awhile. I just hope that they don't dry up before I get to finish using them. The price was much better than comparative vendors.

I purchased the Ink early May. It was delivered on May 6 - 2025, it is now July 9 - 2025 The blank ink is gone already and I bought the XL long lasting ink. I only make copies of my bill once a month. That's it. I don't do anything else. Very unsatisfied with this company. Thank you for your time.

I ordered a HP 61 XL ink combo pack. I received 2 separate packs of ink. The color one works fine but the black ink keeps saying incompatible with my printer. I purchased a black ink somewhere else and my printer works fine. I messaged them twice to get a replacement ink through their email link on Walmart and no one responded.

Items were late and shipped as 4 individual items, 2 XL Black and 2 XL Tri-Color. Not as a combo pack. Items were returned to store %235812 in Blue Ridge, Ga.

The cartridges arrived in two separate cartridge boxes. The colored cartridge box was open and was worn on all the edges of the box and looked like it had been wet. I had ordered the combo box of black and colored ink cartridges.
