Hands down…best customer service. I received an ink cartridge which had a factory defect. I called Sima Printers and left a message (actually not expecting a call back). Within 15 minutes of my message, I received a return call and was immediately helped and Sima Printers resolved the ink cartridge issue on the spot. Again, best customer service…quick response.

These were original HP cartridges however the ones I ordered through Walmart.com but fulfilled by Sima Printers Corp were expiring in three months. (Purchased Sept.2023, cartridges expire Jan 2024). All my other cartridge purchased directly from Walmart or Amazon always expire 6 -12 months beyond the purchase date.

ordered combo pack. received separate packages of black ink and color with a note that color ink has 1year less use than the black ink. i buy combo packaging so both have same exiration date. this loss of a year on the color ink is a large and costly problem for me as i will need to purchase more color individually in near future. didn't order individually!!!
