The quality of the product is excellent. The price; however keeps escalating. This has become a luxury item and I contemplate buying generic toner but worry if it will corrupt my printer
clerk - chewing gum and looking around only gave me credit for 1 used ink cartridge instead of the 2 I brought in. The Ink cartridges that I purchased were excellent but your clerks missed the day.
The store has a huge selection of all kinds of products. For example, I found a four wheel suitcase that had all the features i wanted (expandable side pockets ) at a price that is a great value. And the staff is helpful and friendly and checkout was easy.
I do a lot of printing for home business needs. The HP Black High Yield and Tri- Color cartridges are a routine purchase. The price is on the high side but I get my best value at Staples.
The XL version seems to last longer than standard 64version. In my opinion, it's very expensive. With my use, I usuallly have to buy a cartridge every 3 weeks, which wasn't budgeted for.
For the first time, and HP cartridge from HP gave me trouble. It acted like one of those generic things that NEVER do what they're supposed to. PLEASE, HP, don't monkey with your good product and ruin it? And, I'm not crazy about the new printer I bought - it's SLOW, but it's working.
These cartridges are designed so that aftermarket products will not work. Realizing this after spending money on non-HP products. I will then have to continue to buy HP as long as printer works. Originally I was enrolled in their ink and paper program which I found to be a scam, because I was using the printer for home use and not printing the quantity that was required for the program. I don't want this to sound negative as the quality of print is excellent and since I control when I need more cartridges I'll continue with HP.
Way too expensive and doesn't last very long. I'm going to explore printers that you can refill the ink.
HP 64XL TriColor is advertised as giving approximately 100 copies. While it used to be the case, it is no longer. The past two cartridges yielded about 85 copies, printing in color on only 1/4 - 1/3 of a page, and using the efficiency printer properties selection. Do the cartridges now have less ink? Prices go up and quantity goes down. Improvement please!
Pretty simple, it prints ink on paper, reliably and is way to expensive.
