Try to double check ordered items
Because I made an error in judgment, I selected the HP 65 color ink cartridge for my relatively new printer, and I thought that this cartridge would work. But my printer could not communicate with the HP 65. (Actually, the HP 64 was the only cartridge that will work on my printer. I regret the necessity of having to return my shipment.

Rip Off
Walmart would not take my return because it had been opened. these ink cartridges were defective!! How would I know that if i had not opened the package and tried to use the cartridges?
