This is a clean and easy ink my kids install use and know when to order even able to track and know it has fast delivery and free shipping. I love the ease of the whole process that even a child can go from order to use all on their own since they can do it i know I can lol

They are good ink cartridges, but if your printer is in a hot dry area and you don't use your printer often the ink cartridges dry out no matter how much ink is remaining in the cartridge, I found that I have to remove the ink cartridges in between printing and storing in a dry cool place and reinstalling cartridges for the next printing series.

I was honestly disappointed at how fast both the cartridges that bought were “emptied”…I think they lasted a month?! I didn't print an excessive amount of stuff. And most of what printed was black ink but the color cartridge stopped working at the same time as the black one.

Googled my printer to see what printer cartridge I needed and the 65xL came up. When you changed it, it stopped working. Needed the 67xl. Now I am stuck with 2 cartridges that don't work.

Bought new print cartridges to print our annual Christmas letter (100 copies with 2 pages of text, no pictures) and the black cartridge RAN OUT after 50 single sided pages. A lot of money for minimal pages. Really angry, inconvenienced, and disappointed.
