Easy install
It was very easy to install. They even provided a return box for the old cartridge prepaid. Just fill the box with old cartridge and give it to the post office very seamless and effortless. Would buy it again.

I bought this for Work. My IT guy said when it comes to toner cartridges, always buy namebrand. This is what I get every time and I get good quality prints.

I like that it didn't take long to receive.
I like that I was not charged shipping and that I received it in a timely manner. What I don't like is the taxes, but I guess we all have to pay taxes.

Very pleased with the toner yield
I believe HP is a superior printer to all the other makers out there but I have to tell you that this toner that we bought lasted for over a year and we print a lot of documents so I'm very pleased with the yield and the quality that this toner prints
