I'VE BEEN USING THE 602XL CARTRIDGES FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM. IT WOULD SEEM THAT A COMPANY AS BIG AS HP WOULD KEEP ALL CARTIRDGES IN STOCK. I WANTED A TRI COLOR 602XL, NOT AVAILABLE. ONLY MAGENTA AVAILABLE. I WAS TOLD TO CHECK BACK??? WHY CAN'T YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN THEY ARE IN STOCK? I HAVE NEITHER THE TIME NOR THE DESIRE TO CHECK YOUR WEBSITE EVERYDAY FOR A PRODUCT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK. SINCERELY, SHARON WAINWRIGHT
This was my first purchase of the HP ink online. I am very pleased as to how easy it was because all the information was at my fingertips. No need to drive to the store & look through the different inks on the counter. Best of all, my printed copies came out beautiful. I will certainly purchase it online again. Thank you.
the yellow HP 902xl is very bright and i always buy HP inks for my hp office jet printer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1990 I started my own specialty technology firm and asked my expert friend Paul J. about printing and plotting hardware; without hesitation he said "go with HP as long as they make them." So I did. After more then 3 dozens of various HP's and gallons of HP Ink, and two HP printers now in my retirement, it is still - "you can't go wrong with HP!"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ordered the 4-pack HP 902 ink. Usually I order just the 3 color pack and a separate black because I use much more black than the colors. However, this time I lucked out when I bought it because shortly thereafter all the colors and the black went into neverland. I still haven't discovered whether this is better or not. At least it was the most cost-effective - and, at this time, the most convenient.
It is a good product and perfect for the printer but I admit I actually had to read the instructions that came with the ink to install it. For that it is good it would be better if I didn't have to read the instructions to remove the packaging from the cartridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use HP ink. It works best in my HP printers. I have been more than satisfied with the product until I bought a new printer and started buying HP 902 cartridges. The 902s I have purchased do not last nearly as long as stated in description. The 932 cartridges for my old printer lasted a lot longer (same advertised number of pages). It is still good ink, but I am disappointed with the 902 ink cartridges.
I bought a pack of ink cartridges about a month ago. The black ink did not last as long as expected. It is too expensive to buy ink to have so few copies printed. I do change the setting to print in gray scaled I'm afraid of buying too many cartridges at one time as the ink may dry up. Unfortunately, my family and I need to print for school, work, etc. I shouldn't have to buy black in every month or less.
I just received my 902 cartridges for my office jet 6968 printer. When I go to install I get an error message “incompatible cartridges “. They are properly installed and correct cartridge. I don't recommend.
I'm very unhappy with my HP printer. Everything printed pink. Even with tech support, it didn't help. I bought a new printer and no longer need cartridges with HP InstankInk. I bought a different brand of printer and so far, it seems to be much better.
