Great Convenience and Price!
My printer let me know it was time for a refill. Ok. I opened the printer to get access to the ink and put in refills. Oh was I relived that I bought the 3 pak. Compared to the individual packs, it is better and cost effective to buy the 3 pak. I saved a few coins to add to my next purchase. Aren't I the smart one!

Quality could be better
The packing seems designed to deter retail theft and not use. Once opened, ink was oozing from cartridge as if overfilled. It took a few dozen pages of printing before blue streaks stopped appearing.

Never got my cyan ink
I got a yellow ink that is not for my printer instead of the cyan ink. Their website doesn't make it easy to communicate with someone. I tried the chat and was on wait for over an hour. I haven't tried to call yet because I don't want to be out on hold forever.

Total disappointment with what should have been routine maintenance
Total disappointment. I've used HP ink for decades, no problem. But this time, I loaded the new cartridge and got a "low ink" signal, even worse than the almost empty cartridge I replaced. The printer refused to print. Quality control missed this one.

Order was messed up.
I received the order and all was correct, except for the yellow. I was sent HP 902, which is not compatible with my printer.. So now have to figure how how to get yellow. I had to install the others and my printer was out of ink and I needed printer ASAP to print out documents.

Don't stalk me
I bought this cartridge from an office supply store and did not provide any customer linkage. I put the cartridge in my printer and have been using it. I then got a request to my personal email to review the ink. Therefore, HP is tracking my printer use to my email even when I have not given any consent to do so. Are you tracking WHAT I print as well as the ink I use? You are violating my privacy.

Must have received a defective one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this online, and it simply did not work. The colored cartridges I bought worked, this one did not. I cleaned the print head about a million times, did everything I could. Ended up just having to buy a new cartridge and thankfully that one worked. Working on sending it back.
