HP 910 Monochrome Printer Cartridge, Black, 3YL65AN#140, 1 Pack Approximate 720 Pages

The price is way too high replacing all the ink is about as expensive as buying a new printer. Why can't printer ink cartridges be interchangeable with like kind HP printers. Why can generic printer ink be used in HP.

I have used the cartridges for years, have opened many, this time, though ink spilled all over me when I opened the cartridge. Once that had stopped, install was a breeze. Just a bit messy the last time.

You buy the printer and then are tied to the company for life for new cartridges, they even check now to prevent none HP ink use. It wouldn't be so bad if they charged a reasonable price. But Staples and HP know they have you and charge an arm and a leg. Thankfully I print way less than I use too.

Ordered two items, only one received in box. It was obvious the box had been tampered with and retaped. It had a delay by Fedex in Houston. It it my opinion that this is where the problem orginated. I have experience with several items that was delivered by Fedex and delays in Houston, TX. where there where problems in receiving items. My family has similar experiences with Fedex Houston, TX

I assume HP is trying to force me to get an ink subscription instead of buying ink when I need it. It's far more difficult to ascertain the proper cartridge for a specific printer than it was, say 10 years ago. How can that be? My next printer will NOT be an HP printer.

The ink is fine, but removing the orange plastic top is a pain. I struggle to pop this off each time I install a cartidge. I don't understand why isn't designed for easier removal.

I bought this ink cartridge because I cancelled my instant ink membership. This cartridge does not work after having Instant Ink cartridges in my printer, in fact none of the NEW color ink cartridges work... a total waste of money!

The ink cartridges are. not working in my printer, I have had problem with this before, but was able to fix it. I have tried several trouble shooting options via the manufacture and none are working, I will have to bring them back to the store for an exchange and hope for the best - it is very frustrating.

This purchase replaces 910XL cartridges that did not last nearly as long as past cartridges. With very little printing completed, the cartridges were empty. I don't believe HP is filling the cartridges fully and it is going to cause me to switch printers after more than 20 years of HP printers.

When I opened the orange tab on the ink, it spewed out black ink all over my carpet, hands and clothing. I still can't get it out of my carpet and I had to use a stiff brush and dishwasher detergent to get it off my hands. I'm furious with the mess.
