Praise takes all
The HP website gets me where I want to be after several tries. It keeps wanting me to sign up for automatic delivery - sorry I don't use my printer that much so quit hassling me. Then on installing the ink, the printer decided it wouldn't work. Where do I find help. I had to jump through hoops. I used to have "doc" app on the laptop but that too has disappeared and finally after many days and attempts I resolved my issue and got the printer working again. it's just not as easy as it used to be. I don't think it's my little old lady attempts either. Make it easier please.

Very hard to remove orange top before installing
The ink is fine, but removing the orange plastic top is a pain. I struggle to pop this off each time I install a cartidge. I don't understand why isn't designed for easier removal.

Quality could be better
The packing seems designed to deter retail theft and not use. Once opened, ink was oozing from cartridge as if overfilled. It took a few dozen pages of printing before blue streaks stopped appearing.

Waste of Money!
I bought this ink cartridge because I cancelled my instant ink membership. This cartridge does not work after having Instant Ink cartridges in my printer, in fact none of the NEW color ink cartridges work... a total waste of money!

Blue ink cartridges didn't print any blue
The blue ink cartridge didn't work, printer didn't print any blue. I tried 2nd cartridge, same problem. Is it the cartridge or is the printer broken, I don't know. Worked fine before latest order of ink

New Cartridge Error message
When I opened this new cartridge, the tab pulled too far, exposing the top black part of the cartridge. When I installed it, an error message told me that it was not usable. How can I get a replacement? I have been very pleased with past HP cartridges.

I was forced to buy this piece of crap printer when my wonderful hp 7610 died and you had nothing comparable.
