HP 920XL High-Yield Black Ink Cartridge, 1,200 Pages, (CD975AN#140)

This cartridge ( BLACK ) is the best deal for the money. the last time I bought all 4 cartridges for my Officejet 6500A; the black cartridhge ran out almost immediately. The regular 920 cartridge is not worth the money considering the amount of ink it has and length of time it last. BUY the 920XL cartridge.

Receive error message that the cartridge is not communicating correctly with printer. Cartridge is dated Nov 2023.

It doesn't work in the printer. Printer doesn't recognize them

After confirming my order, it was Cx and obviously not delivered!

Old, dry cartridge. The store will not accept return.

I purchased this at the Kennesaw GA (USA) Walmart. The electronics department employee had to pull the ink from a locked case. I was in a hurry so I paid for the HP Ink 920 in electronics department and went home. When I decided to install the Ink, I pulled it from the bag and noticed that the box looked like it had been wet, each end of the box was taped with shipping tape and the Sell by date on the bottom of the box was MAY 2023, it's now October 2025. It just didn't look like a new box of $65.00 HP XL Black Ink. I decided to return it and request a 2025 version of the Ink. Initially they were NOT going to let me return the Ink but I was determined to get a refund. I should have inspected it before purchase but I just didn't think about it. I will Inspect everything from Walmart from now on because my experiences have not been favorable over the past few years. Walmart customer service and products are never consistently good. I really try to support brick and mortar stores but I'm much happier with lower priced products and better quality products I purchase online.

Bought this hp product for store pick up in Bristol, CT. It took 3 hrs for them to get it ready for pick up. I installed it 10 days later when my old cartridge was depleted and it barely printed. Tried doing printer maintenance but that didn't help. When removing the cartridge I noticed a 2013 expiration date on it..... and it is now the end of 2016. I then noticed the box expiration date was conveniently sliced out. I guess this speaks more to Walmart's quality control and maybe Bristol's quality control, then to the product itself.

this cartridge only printed two pages then it was too light to print. wal marts response was do not return to store print return label i can not print. when my printer is out of one ink it does not print.
