Meh, it's HP ink.
I like it because it works in my printer. I dislike that it is the only ink that works in my printer. HP has a monopoly.

I would recommend getting this product. It is totally worth a few extra bucks to get the XL over the regular cartridge; you gets so many more pages out of it.

Tired of after market refillable ink/generic inks not working
Ink is expensive. Let's get that out of the way. HP printers have been particular about the type of ink cartridges they'll accept and after a run of generic ink cartridges my printer finally had enough and refused to work. I knew I had no choice but to purchase official HP ink. I was not aware there was high yield ink cartridges available but after looking up some information I decided to take a chance and purchase. There are 2 black ink cartridges included in this set - which was a nice surprise as the majority of printing I do is in black and white. Considering one black ink cartridge retails for about 50 dollars getting two and a set of color works out to getting a free black cartridge.I had a staples coupon so I saved further money. As I do not do a lot of printing this set will likely last me the rest of the year - and if the high yield aspect is true possibly even more than a year.

Ink
Went in to exchange n get new ink. Gentlemen behind counter said no can do so I left . Upon returning for something else I ask the guy behind counter why I couldn't exchange ink as it was wrong n I never used it he said no problem so I got correct in n other items I needed paid n was out in less than 15 minutes. Earlier when I was in there was a line n he kinda dismissed me. I should have gotten both men's names but I didn't sorry. Next time I will. Keep up the good work

This product arrived old beat up and with multiple yellow return labels on it. When I opened the ink package , I found the ink warranty date expired in Oct 2024. Over a year ago!!!

932xl black ink cartridge arrived with a date of 6/2024 on the box today! It is terrible that anyone would sell an old product for the price of a new one!! Buyer be very aware!!!
