I have a rather old printer/copier and tried to purchase the refilled ink. Wouldn't quite fit and wouldn't print. Returned for credit to another company and bought the original HP from Staples. Fits and works perfectly like it always has. Pays to buy what was made for my printer.

The Geneva Staples had these in stock and put a package aside for my next day pickup. I was more than pleased since my drive to the store is 35 miles. I was unable to locate these particular cartridges at other local stores and was more than pleased to think they would be there the next day for my pickup.

I ordered ink for my printer online from Staples. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I did have to compare prices for the various options offered so do not make any assumptions that group offerings are cheaper than individual prices.

I am very pleased with my purchase & would definitely give it a 5 star rating. It is great to get everything in one package & to change the black ink as well as the colored ink at the same time. This saves time as well as being very convenient & I would definitely recommend this product to family & friends. Thanks. Helen.

HP has always made us pay premium price for their ink cartridges. So far I have not tried third party refills but have heard stories that they do not work. Will stay with HP cartridges for now and probably look for a different brand printer when this one needs to be replaced.

It was a year past the warranty expiration date, so it was very old.

These cartridges are way too expensive. On top of paying a fortune when I first printed for about 2 hours it printed all in blue. No black and white no color other than just blue and white even with the setting on black and white. Total waste of money. Looking for new printer with cheaper options for ink.

Product shipped with an expired expiration date. 1-2025 and 11-2021, Customer service was terrible. I was told I would get a refund for the 2 items and that I could keep them or throw them away. I waited a couple of hours checking my e- mail, but nothing came through. I called Walmart again, this time it was a male who said he would refund the money but that I would have to return the product. In which I did. Still, they didn't mail me two new ink jets. Smh I wouldn't recommend Walmart.!! The agents are trained to lie. I've had a bad experience with them on more than one occasion.

This pertains to walmart stealing customers money by suggesting ink that doesn't fit printer. Then refusing to take it back. I know the story from 20 years ago where someone was scamming with the printer ink. Its 2024 and their policy says ink can be returned. They told me i could exchange it for the exact same one, seriously! They just couldn't give me the one that fit my printer. Ridiculous, right! This happened to me at Steubenville ohio walmart and weirton wv walmart. When I contacted customer service they even said policy says its returnable. Beware.
