Works great

I ordered ink for my printer online from Staples. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I did have to compare prices for the various options offered so do not make any assumptions that group offerings are cheaper than individual prices.

I asked for assistance on what type and number I needed for my printer I had not written it down and had to ask what type of refilled I needed to purchase I asked associate for assistance and he had to go back & look at what type of ink I needed. He came back & said this was what I needed I kind of was doubtful that it was the right number but he assured me that was what I purchased on my last purchase so he said if it was wrong size he would make it right at no cost to me. But guess what it was the correct type I needed the only thing is the price. He

The Geneva Staples had these in stock and put a package aside for my next day pickup. I was more than pleased since my drive to the store is 35 miles. I was unable to locate these particular cartridges at other local stores and was more than pleased to think they would be there the next day for my pickup.

These cartridges are way too expensive. On top of paying a fortune when I first printed for about 2 hours it printed all in blue. No black and white no color other than just blue and white even with the setting on black and white. Total waste of money. Looking for new printer with cheaper options for ink.

Worst ink ever. Ink cartridges didn't work on my HP printer. Crappy product. Do not purchase. Instead purchase directly from HP

I did not receive the item. But I was kept informed.

WRONG INK DELIVERED

I spent $87.00 on ink cartridges and can't use them. My printer said to replace the ink cartridge which I did and now it says printer head error this printer head is permanently installed so there is no way to manually clean it. The machine is obsolete and warranty is no longer in effect. So I'm stuck with ink I can't use and have to buy a new machine.

These cartridges are increasingly difficult to find in office supply stores. So after a few unsuccessful visits I ordered them online. Unfortunately my printer continues to produce blank sheets of paper. This has not always been the case. It's a shame that printers often cost about as much as the cartridges themselves and that they become obsolete within only a few years.
