Color HP 962 inks
Best price in the market with free delivery for Walmart plus members. Did not have to leave my house and was delivered the same day.

Walmart kept their end of the deal, ink arrived and printer printing. HP is the problem and retroactively programed my printer to onl y accept expensive, twice the cost of off brand ink, or it will notprint .cost $80 more than off brand that printed great. Reprogrmed my printer via wifi connection. Not part of acontract or any program. Assaulted my printer. Prevented my use of my printer until I could get HP $$$$$$ ink delivered, against my protesting.

The only issue I have is that the XL version wasn't available in store. I would have appreciated having that instead of the standard size

forced to waste ink
The ink itself is fine. On my previous generation HP printer, when you ran out of a color it told you, and you replaced it. Easy enough. On the new printer, an OfficeJet Pro 9025, if you run out of a color, you are forced to replace all 3. Hard not to conclude that it's a greedy move by HP. So I am rating 'features' as 1 star even though the cartridge itself is not to blame. Guilt by association for sure. By the bye, my previous printer, an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus, was a better and higher quality printer than the new one, in my opinion. I would have it still, except that when I went to Windows 10, that software would not communicate with the 8600.

Cartridges are junk
Bought HP original so they would work, blue cartridge is flawed and shows up as invalid cartridge. Thinking of tossing the printer and buying a non HP

Bad cartridges
The cartridges were not sealed, there was no plastic tape over the ink, and the cartridge would not seat in the slot in the printer. I'll be returning this for a replacement.

I changed all of the cartridges and the printer says the yellow is damaged and it wont print. I had to order another yellow cartridge. it is very expensive to have to pay twice.
